Surviving Evidence became an Amazon best seller in June 2015 following Chris Di Cesare's June 3rd appearance on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. The extreme haunting memoir reached #5 in Kindle sales, and #7 in books sales in the Supernatural category.
$24.99 Print length: 395 pages.
"Surviving Evidence was captivating in content and written with the flow of a seasoned tale weaver. This ... GHOST FRIGHTSCAPE could easily be one of the finest books ever written about such experiences!" - R.J. Smith - Master of Suspense, Best-selling author: The Santa Claus Killer.
DiCesare’s view of life was forever changed by a series of horrifying events in and around his dorm room: C2D1 of Erie Hall. From early February through late April of 1985, he and his college friends would endure what is now called The C2D1 Haunting. Apparitions sighted, strange voices heard, moving objects witnessed and physical attacks all became part of the ordeal shared by Chris – who quickly became the focal point of the haunting. After years of avoiding the spotlight, in 2009 DiCesare – convinced by the level of respect and authenticity provided by the Please, talk with me film project – finally agreed to share his story. The film recreates the 1985 events surrounding the photograph that has become known across the internet as the ‘C2D1 ghost’. Featured on the SyFy channel’s show School Spirits. Please, talk with me premiered at SCARE-A-CUSE on September 14th, 2012 along with a companion book by the Rev. Tim Shaw. Surviving Evidence presents the most in depth look at the legendary C2D1 Haunting from the person at its center. DiCesare details the often extreme reactions — both positive and negative — that he and his fellow college mates experienced due to strange events that they were not prepared for. This memoir raises as many questions as it tries to answer. Historic relevancy, individual morality and the application of the paranormal experience in relation to free will are all deftly addressed in the context of the ten-week haunting by the person who witnessed it first-hand … and survived it.
"Surviving Evidence is an astoundingly good book. Essential ... for anyone who wants a captivating and nearly poetic description of a real-life malevolent haunting." - Chip Riechenthal, Author and award-winning radio deejay.
"I could not put the book down until I finished it. His story is remarkable and he has written it in a way that makes it feel as though you are experiencing it right along with him." - Teresa Wright.
"The genuineness of this book grips you nearly every moment." - Mara Katria, Best Director: Please Talk With Me.
"Chris' journey proves that life can turn the corner on us in the blink of an eye; and 'corners are important'. I literally cried when I realized the full meaning of that sentiment." - Kathleen Wilson.

Run time: 1 hour, 5 minutes.
In the winter of 1985, strange occurrences began to transpire inside Erie Hall on the college campus at Geneseo, New York. Over a period of several months, a number of the students would have their lives forever altered by a series of paranormal events. Apparitions sighted, strange voices heard, and moving objects witnessed all became part of the experience shared by those young adults now over twenty years ago. Through the considered efforts of several of these students, a recorded history now exists detailing the day-to-day terror that they underwent. Photographs, voice recordings, scribbled notes, and formal journals all now serve to authenticate the events that unfolded around them. This film is dedicated to the telling a portion of that story.
Starring Kyle Shea and Aaron Katter, this docu-thriller is directed by Mara Katria and produced by William Edwards. PTWM premiered at the prestigious SCARE-A-CON Festival to a packed house and went on to receive the honor of Best Director at Wilson Film Fest in 2013 and Best Feature at Spirit Quest Film Fest in 2014! Conventions and screenings continue to the present! Many such affairs will feature members of the cast and crew as well as the survivors of the actual 1985 events, Mr. Chris Di Cesare and Mr. John Jeff Ungar (both as seen on SyFy).
With introduction and story by Haunted Asylums author, Corvis Nocturnum,(E.R. Vernor) of Dark Moon Press.
